Cookie and storage policy
This policy describes browser storage and external resources used by the public Field Serve marketing website, and explains how to change your choice. The hosted application may use additional storage needed for sign-in and service operation; its complete inventory must be documented before production launch.

What the public website uses
The consent panel stores your preference in browser local storage under the key servecrm_cookie_consent_v1. It records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, the choice timestamp and policy version. This storage remembers your selection and is used to avoid showing the banner on every visit. The site’s consent panel describes it as essential storage.
The site currently has no analytics or advertising tags active. Choosing “Accept optional” therefore records your choice but does not activate a tracker. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts; this is an external resource request and may disclose technical connection details to Google. It is not an analytics cookie controlled by the consent panel.
Choices and changing your mind
You can reject optional storage, accept optional storage, or open Settings and save your preferences in the banner. Reopen Cookie settings from the site footer to change your choice later. The current site does not activate optional analytics whether you accept or reject. Clearing the site’s browser data removes the saved preference and shows the banner again.
Field Serve application storage
The public website is separate from the authenticated application at app.fieldservecrm.com. The application may need cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, user preferences and core features. This marketing-site policy does not yet provide a verified inventory of application storage, names, lifetimes or providers. That inventory must be checked against the deployed application and documented before the service is offered to production customers. Non-essential application technologies must follow the applicable consent rules.
Changes to technologies
If analytics, advertising, personalisation or other non-essential browser storage is introduced, the inventory, provider, purpose, lifetime and consent behaviour must be updated before use. The site should not load optional technologies until the visitor has made the required choice, and the preference control should allow that choice to be withdrawn.
