DEPLOYMENT AT WORK

A managed online workspace

Field Serve Cloud is intended for organisations that want to use Field Serve online without operating their own application infrastructure. Field Serve provisions a separate company workspace and supports onboarding.

01

Choose the right plan

Compare feature access and per-user monthly pricing.

02

Request a workspace

Send your company and contact details to Field Serve onboarding.

03

Set up your team

Receive invitations and assign roles for the people who will use the workspace.

04

Start with a 30-day trial

Explore all platform features before deciding on a paid plan.

FROM REQUEST TO WORKING COMPANY SPACE

Field Serve Cloud is managed onboarding, not just a login link.

Field Serve provisions each company before access is granted so users, roles, features and data boundaries are agreed before the team begins work.

01 · DISCOVERY

Confirm the company

Identify the contracting organisation, onboarding contact, expected users, business workflows and any special data or security requirements. Decide whether Field Serve will be used alone or alongside the separate Field Serve CRM.

02 · PLAN

Select the service level

Choose a per-user monthly plan, confirm the included platform areas, agree the user count and identify any provider integrations that need administrator action or separate consent.

03 · PROVISION

Set up the workspace

Field Serve creates the company environment, invites the initial administrator and confirms sign-in, roles and support contacts. The company admin then creates staff accounts and assigns platform roles.

04 · REVIEW

Test before rollout

Use sample records to test client access, engineer assignments, customer tracking and any connected services. Confirm the team knows where to report a problem before importing live data.

PLANS AND ACCESS

Choose features with your operating model in mind.

Field Serve Cloud pricing is per user per month: £20 for CRM; £35 for CRM, Field Service, Engineer App and Automations; £65 for that package plus the separate Field Serve CRM; and £99 for full platform access including Slack, Monday.com and Teams integrations. Confirm current prices, tax treatment, minimums and billing arrangements in the written offer before purchase.

Company administrators manage their staff accounts and assign Manager, Staff, Engineer or Admin roles. Role permissions determine which parts of the workspace a person can view and change. Plan access and individual role access are separate: a subscription may include a feature while a user role still restricts it.

Data boundaries are company-level

Each customer receives its own workspace and its own provider connections. Onboarding should verify the company selector, invitations, role assignments and tenant isolation before any production records are imported.

SERVE HOSTED QUESTIONS

What to expect before access begins.

Do users need a Microsoft or Entra account?

No. Field Serve onboarding supports email-based accounts; Microsoft tenant access is needed only for integrations that depend on the customer’s Microsoft environment.

Can we try all features before choosing a plan?

Field Serve offers a 30-day full-platform trial following company onboarding. The start date and access details are confirmed with the onboarding contact.

Who adds and manages employees?

The company administrator creates staff accounts and manually assigns one of the available roles. Field Serve provisions the workspace and supports initial onboarding.
