For a sales team
Test one enquiry from capture through qualification, owner assignment, next activity and quote. Check if the team can tell what is waiting and who must act.
YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS, FULLY CONNECTED
Explore CRM, field service, the engineer app, tickets, automations and integrations together in your company’s private workspace.
HOW THE TRIAL WORKS
Use a work or personal email address. You do not need a Microsoft or Entra tenancy.
Field Serve reviews your details before deciding whether to issue workspace access.
If approved, Field Serve sends a private invitation. Set a password using any verified personal or business email address.
The invited company Admin selects the package and number of paid users. That package sets the monthly subscription after the trial; prices are per user, excluding VAT. Trial access includes all Field Serve feature areas.
Stripe Checkout collects the card details. The 30-day company trial unlocks all Field Serve feature areas, regardless of the package selected for billing. At trial end, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically unless the Admin cancels beforehand.
Please don’t email passwords, mailbox credentials or customer data. Trial access begins after successful payment-method setup. The Admin can cancel in Field Serve at any time before the trial ends. If the subscription ends, company access is locked; an Admin can export or immediately purge company data. If no action is taken, the locked workspace and associated user access are scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. See the final customer agreement and privacy notice for the applicable terms.
REQUEST YOUR TRIAL
Use a personal or business email. Field Serve reviews the request and, if approved, sends a private workspace invitation. No Microsoft or Google Workspace account is required.
Request Field Serve accessYour account is created only after Field Serve approves the request and you accept your invitation.
PREPARE YOUR TRIAL TEAM
A useful evaluation is not a tour of every menu. Agree what success looks like for the people who will use Field Serve each day.
Test one enquiry from capture through qualification, owner assignment, next activity and quote. Check if the team can tell what is waiting and who must act.
Schedule a sample work order, assign an engineer, review the mobile job details, start and stop a timer, update status and view the customer-facing progress page.
Confirm what each role can see and change. Test role restrictions with separate test accounts and write down any access that does not match your internal responsibilities.
Review company setup, user invitations, product and price list ownership, automation controls, provider consent and the procedure for changing access when staff leave.
The 30-day evaluation includes all feature areas. It does not remove role restrictions, provider consent requirements or the need to protect personal data. Field Serve confirms when trial access is activated.
