Website terms of use
These terms apply only to your use of the public Field Serve marketing website and its informational materials. They do not grant access to the hosted platform or create a subscription, software licence, service-level commitment, support entitlement or data-processing agreement.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Field Serve CRM is provided by ServeITSM Ltd (company number 17490108), trading as Field Serve CRM, at 105 Swan Road, Feltham, TW13 6PE. Octopye Digital Designs develops and hosts the software. These terms cover the public website only; they do not replace the signed subscription, software licence, support terms or data-processing agreement required for a customer workspace. Those product documents should be reviewed by a UK solicitor before commercial launch.
About Field Serve and Field Serve
Field Serve is a customer relationship and field service product operated under the Field Serve brand. Field Serve’s separate Service Desk platform is a different but connected product. Onboarding can determine how both products may be used together; each service is governed by its own applicable customer terms.
Using this website and demos
You may browse and share links for lawful evaluation. Do not disrupt, probe or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use a public enquiry to send confidential information. The interactive product preview and video demonstrations use illustrative records and are for evaluation only. Do not enter real customer, employee, mailbox or other confidential data into the sample preview.
Product information, prices and availability
Website descriptions, prices, feature availability, integrations and demonstrations are general information and may change. Features can depend on onboarding, plan, deployment, provider configuration or release status. No website page is a binding offer or promise that every feature is available in every deployment. Confirm scope, user counts, fees, taxes, service levels, hosting, support and delivery in a written proposal and signed customer agreement.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Field Serve and its licensors retain the rights they own in the Field Serve and Field Serve brands, site design, text, software and original materials. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. External links and connected providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices; a link does not mean Field Serve controls those services.
Availability and liability
We may update, suspend or withdraw website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any other liability provisions must be reviewed for the applicable customer and stated in the signed agreement.
Governing law and contact
The governing law and courts for the final website terms must be confirmed by the contracting entity and reviewed by a UK solicitor; this draft does not select a governing-law venue. For website enquiries, email our contact form. Customer subscriptions, trials, tenant-installed deployments and workspace data are governed only by the applicable written order and service terms.
Related customer documents
Field Serve’s published software licence overview says the signed order and subscription agreement govern access, fees, deployment and support. Its data-processing overview says a signed DPA and service-specific schedules are required before production customer personal data is processed. These are overviews and do not replace the contract pack.
